I had a great experience with Jacksons Estate Agents during my recent sale and purchase. The team were professional, responsive, and very supportive throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and I always felt kept up to date. They were proactive in managing the chain and helped everything progress as smoothly as possible, which made a stressful process much easier. A Five Star rating sounds to good too be true but I can assure you they are the best Estate Agency by a mile. From the first few viewing with Lee to the completion with Stephanie the team at Jackson’s have been amazing. Being first time buyers and not knowing anything about the house buying process our minds were put at total ease when we first viewed our home with Lee. He was so kind and understanding and explained everything in such detail. Throughout, our buying process Stephanie took care of our case and again she was absolutely brilliant. Always on the phone if we ever needed and answered all of our questions. The support we received from the Jackson’s team has been outstanding and we wouldn’t change it.

We are first time buyers and found our home on Jackson’s. The viewing went smoothly and was provided with a lot of information. During the buying process we experienced a hold up within the chain but Stephanie constantly tried her best to get it moving and to push solicitors. Thankful to those in the team who made it possible and quite stress free. Would definitely recommend.

We have just purchased our first home, and prior to buying we were told things like “remember the estate agent works for the seller and not for you” so we didn’t have big hopes of a particularly great experience, but fortunately we had the complete opposite. We had previously tried to purchase with another agent and were massively let down, feeling quite agitated by our experience we then searched for another property, we found one with Jackson’s and requested to view, within 30 minutes Sandra called to book us in, she made a super last minute arrangement with David, who had agreed to show us the property that day, we arrived an expected a seriously pushy sales scenario but instead were left to have a look around and ask questions as we needed, not once was the suggestion of placing an offer mentioned, both myself and my fiancée were made to feel really comfortable and immediately got the impression that David was a really genuine guy, our second viewing was exactly the same, again we were left to our own devices, free to measure up for furniture and check loads of bits and bobs we had noted down. The whole process was all monitored and chased up by Stephanie, who we cannot thank enough, as first time buyers we were obviously not clued up on the different steps, and what was required from us and when, but not once did we feel we couldn’t ask questions, there wasn’t anything that was problematic for Stephanie, and we are so glad we’ve had her on side throughout. We would definitely use Jackson’s for buying and selling in the future, there would be absolutely no reason for us not to, for us, cost wouldn’t even sway our decision if we were to sell in the future, we are very happy. We are beyond grateful to the incredible Sam and Ruth for going above and beyond. We met Sam at our initial viewing, where she was super helpful. As first time renters, we had a lot of questions, and she made sure to answer them and give us all the info we needed. Following the visit, we had so many more questions that were speedily answered and any concerns addressed. Ruth showed us around on our second visit, and we even got to meet the handyman who worked wonders getting the place ready for us. On the day of our move, we managed to lock ourselves out at 11pm, Ruth showed up at the office within 15 minuets with spare keys- this kind of dedication and support is something we will never forget and always be thankful for. After several previous bad experiences with estate agents recently we have finally just exchanged contracts & moved into our beautiful new home through Jacksons. We couldnt recommend Jacksons enough, they totally restored our faith & we wished we had sold our house through them too. From start to finish the staff were soo helpful & kind. Jacqui was amazing from start to finish, went out of her way to help us, felt more like a friend really nothing was too much trouble & Stephanie was amazing at pushing the sale through for us.
