Jacksons expanded into lettings over fifteen years ago, but the decision wasn’t made lightly.
At the time, we were selling investment properties to landlords and referring them to various managing agents. The feedback we received was, more often than not, disappointing—and honestly, frustrating. A conversation with Mark Jackson, summed it up perfectly: if we wanted landlords to receive a service that matched the quality of our sales team, the only way was to do it ourselves.
So, we did.

The department is led by a passionate and experienced team, headed by Samantha Sword, who brings over 20 years of proven property management expertise.
