Once we have found  the right potential tenant we make sure that professional referencing is undertaken which looks at employment/income and the way that your tenant's finances have been conducted in the past as well as contacting previous landlords to find out whether the tenant has a good track record. Additionally we make sure they have a right to rent in this country as the fines for letting to someone who doesn't fit the bill are horrendous.

Our Lettings Team are ARLA propertymark qualified and undergo regular training to ensure that we are fully conversant and compliant with the latest legislation so that we can offer you the very best advice and guidance.
