Thanks to you, we feel privileged to have been asked to play a part in the moving stories of thousands of people over the years and hope that this will continue for a long time to come. As agents we work with clients at the most vulnerable times of their lives. Whether it's the first or tenth time you have moved, each move will come with a stress, a gain, or a loss which is unique to you. There is no 'one size fits all' in estate agency, each client brings a set of circumstances which are independent to them. That's why what we do, and how we do it, is important to us. No agent can make moving home stress free. However, we can work towards decreasing the stress levels & making the process as simple as it can be for you & your family. The manner in which we conduct our business is of the utmost importance to us and is based upon how we would like our loved ones to be treated if they were clients; with respect and care. 

Thanks to our team of established professionals, we have had a year of change with new additions to the expanding teams. We have celebrated team members who have had many years of service; Sandra Menet celebrated 20 years at Jacksons in January & David Hopkins 12 years in June. We continue to develop our existing team and have embraced the newbies to the business. Our focus is always on ensuring that they will strengthen our team, and in turn our service to you. we said goodbye to Mazie, our lettings manager who had been with us for 10 years. Heartbreaking as it was for us as a business, it was the right thing for Mazie's future plans as she continues to slay them all in her new role as an advisor for vulnerable young adults. This saw Ruth step up to the role of lettings manager & she has stormed that role! Securing awards at the ESTAS (which are industry awards based on verified client reviews) including Bronze in the Letting Agent category for the South East for herself & her team she has really stamped her personality on that role. She also led her team to win Gold in the British Property Awards for Lettings in Rainham.

Please remember that not everyone has loved ones, a fancy dinner or company this Christmas. Many will be alone or isolated, some through choice, some not. At this time of year it is more important than ever to be kind, with our actions, words & intent. Sharing a smile or a word could make a huge difference to how someone feels or sees the world.
