Sam joined the team at Jacksons six months ago with the aim of streamlining the property maintenance side of the lettings business. This will prove hugely beneficial to Landlords & tenants alike. The role makes Sam directly responsible for periodic visits, organisation of remedial works & recommending precautionary works to future proof the integrity of the property. This will give landlords & tenants one point of contact, one way of communicating & agreeing work orders & most importantly a clear & structured approach to works which require attention.
Sam brings over two decades of experience in property management and maintenance to her role at Jacksons. With a career spanning from the age of 18, she has honed her expertise and developed a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in ensuring properties are well-maintained and managed effectively.
As the controlling hand of property maintenance for landlords and tenants at Jacksons for the past six months, Sam's dedication to order and structure is evident in her approach. She emphasises the value of continuity throughout every stage of property management, from initial check-ins to periodic visits and thorough reporting on any issues that arise. Her meticulous nature ensures that work estimates are accurate and plans of action for necessary maintenance or repairs are efficiently organised and executed.
Outside of her professional endeavours, Sam's focus is on her family. Having had both of her children at a young age, she recently celebrated her 40th birthday and is now pursuing her passion for all things related to property while also studying for her professional qualifications. Alongside her carpenter husband, she is currently involved in the vast extension of their own property, showcasing her hands-on experience of all thing’s property related.
In her leisure time, Sam finds joy in her family and her love for horses. With three horses shared between herself and her daughter, she invests her spare time and resources into caring for these majestic animals, further demonstrating her nurturing and dedicated nature both personally and professionally.
