Preparing a property to let is as important as preparing to sell. You are SETTING the STANDARD for a the tenant to buy into.  

You should also allow your Tenant to make REASONABLE CHANGES  to the property, such as décor changes, window dressings & garden enhancements.

Why?


The best presentation will bring a choice of tenants, meaning you can pick the most suitable one. 

By allowing the tenant to invest in the property & make it their home, the less likely they are to move on. 

This gives you continuity of rent, lessens loss of income from turnover costs & re-let fees.
