The way in which we operate as a letting agent is very different from the majority. If you find out that your preferred agent doesn’t deliver as promised, we are always pleased to chat & review the property.

Will look for tenants who will move on quickly because they make their money from tenant turnover and al the associated costs which these carries.

Whether we are appointed as a Tenant Find Only or Full Management, we carry out the same referencing & checks to ensure the integrity of the proposed tenant.
 
Other Agents
Some agents only fully reference tenants which they are going to manage and complete less in-depth checks for tenants going into a Tenant Find Only Property.

We carry our Rent Passports for all tenants PRIOR to viewing. This means that only qualified tenants will proceed to view and express their interest. This gives you a choice of PREQUALIFIED TENANTS when you are deciding who to proceed with.
 
Other agents
Are targeted on viewings generated & offers put forward. This means that you could spend valuable time considering a tenant and decide on someone who is not able to proceed.
